Dr Stephen Chan graduated as a doctor from the University of Adelaide and qualified as a Plastic Surgeon from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). To broaden his experience and skills he furthered his training in the UK and spent time visiting world leading Plastic Surgeons in USA, France, Germany, Scandinavia, Austria and South America amongst others.
He teaches cosmetic surgery to young doctors aspiring to become our future Plastic Surgeons and lectures to nurses to ensure that his patients receive the very best of care. He presents his techniques to other surgeons at conferences and recently won the prize for the best paper in his section.
